    Raymond and his teams in the Americas weave an overriding passion for the travel and hospitality industries with a deep knowledge of the global travelling consumer into commercial and content experiences that build loyalty and generate ancillary revenue. Having worked across all areas of the Spafax business, Raymond’s ideally suited to helping new and existing clients tap into the potential on offer across the entire Spafax network.

    Ignacio joined Spafax in 2016 and leads the creative and commercial teams in Santiago, São Paulo and Lima that deliver content, media sales and entertainment services to our regional clients. With more than 20 years of experience in marketing, customer experience and content, Ignacio is constantly pushing innovation in an industry in constant transformation, as well as building strong relationships with our clients and partners all over Latin America.


  • MANAGING DIRECTOR | CANADA

    Alex leads a multidisciplinary team of travel enthusiasts based in Toronto and Montreal.  The Canada office is one of the most diverse in the Spafax network, offering content marketing, media sales, inflight entertainment curation and aircraft provisioning services. The team is recognized for creating and monetizing award-winning content programs that delight customers, attract partners, and deliver results for clients.


  • MANAGING DIRECTOR | ASIA-PACIFIC

    Jean-Marc joined Spafax in 2018 and he leads the media sales teams, and Inflight Entertainment teams across Asia-Pacific, from the Singapore office. He comes with considerable experience in digital marketing and has played a crucial part in the digital transformation of the media and editorial business with a number airlines. He always seeks the best for his clients, while pushing the boundaries to create new products and generate new business.
