We were asked to deliver a comprehensive multichannel content program celebrating Canada’s best emerging restaurants, chefs and culinary talent, published under the Air Canada enRoute name.

SOLUTION

Since 2003, Air Canada enRoute has produced a critically acclaimed Canada’s Best New Restaurants program, sending a writer across the country to evaluate the country’s emerging talent in the food and beverage space to inform its top 10 ranked list of Canada’s best new restaurants. The program includes a substantive print component highlighting the long list and top 10 reveal, an independent microsite, wide-reaching video, social and marketing campaigns, third-party sponsorship and a highly anticipated live event to celebrate the winners.

RESULTS

The Air Canada enRoute Canada’s Best New Restaurants campaign is the country’s most respected restaurant ranking. The multichannel program has earned longstanding restaurant industry credibility, sponsorship revenue from interested brands, sold-out events, a co-sponsored cookbook highlighting past winners and more than 30 million media impressions annually.
